Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 6+ years in data governance, product management, or related areas with 3+ years focused on data products.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and partnering with business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, communication, and storytelling skills for data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into data product requirements and technical specs.
• Collaborate with data engineering, data science, governance, and platform teams to deliver data products.
• Define the vision, roadmap, and priorities for data products with stakeholders.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and recommend optimizations.
• Create documentation, data mapping, lineage, and controls within data management tooling.
