Job summary

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
Educate customers on consumer deposit products.
Proactively identifying opportunities to grow relationships through a disciplined sales process and referrals.
Educate and refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
Adhere to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
Demonstrate sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication and presentation.
Other duties as assigned.
