Job summary

Procom seeks a US - Business Analyst II for a 6-month contract to hire, hybrid in Mount Laurel Township, NJ (3 days onsite). You will support consumer deposit products and payments, drive client acquisition, and fulfill engagement offers.

Ideal candidates will have Excel proficiency, banking product knowledge, strong communication, and independent research skills to make equitable, compliant decisions and manage client journeys.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Excel

• Banking experience with an understanding of financial products
• Fidelity experience
• Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Support client acquisition and engagement offer fulfillment
• Process, review, and execute multiple offer fulfillment inquiries
• Conduct client-level research on financial products and offer qualifiers
• Make equitable decisions and apply best practices
• Protect TD's reputational risk
• Interact internally and spend approximately 1 hour a day in meetings
