Job summary

Qualifications

Previous banking experience with deposits preferred.
Strong understanding of banking products and operations.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
Experience conducting independent research and analysis.
Experience using Fidelity or a comparable banking backend platform.

Responsibilities

Support the Consumer Deposit Products & Payments business with offer fulfillment and exception processing.
Review, research, and resolve client inquiries related to offers and engagement.
Conduct independent research on banking products, offer criteria, and client eligibility.
Process and manage a high volume of work through an internal ticketing system.
Handle multiple offers and up to 200 assigned cases per day while meeting SLAs.
