Talentify is seeking a Business Analyst in Wilmington, DE on a contract basis for Cobrand Credit Card initiatives. You will document requirements, track progress, and collaborate using Confluence, Jira, and SharePoint, with stakeholders across the organization.

Business Analyst

Location: Wilmington, DE

Onsite Flexibility: Hybrid — 3 days on-site, 2 days work from home

Contract Details

• Position Type: Contract
• Contract Duration: 9 months (with potential for extension based on performance and business needs; conversion to permanent also possible based on performance and business needs)
• Pay Rate: $50.00–$55.00 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM; overtime possible
• Travel Requirements: Not required

Job Summary

This role provides analytical and project management support for strategic initiatives within the Cobrand Credit Card business, building organizational frameworks and ensuring compliance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. The position leverages tools such as Confluence, Jira, and SharePoint to document requirements, track project progress, manage workflows, and facilitate collaboration. The role involves significant stakeholder interaction — approximately 80% of the day is spent in meetings — engaging with both internal and external partners.
