• Assist Branch Manager and/or Relationship Banker in cross-sell efforts to existing clients.
• Identify current and future financial needs and refer and/or fulfill these sales to branch and strategic partners.
• Process client service requests such as stop payments, wire transfers, check orders, or account maintenance.
• Engage with clients to identify needs and offer solutions through direct or partner referrals.
