Job summary

Mission Federal Credit Union seeks an Azure Cloud and AI Developer to modernize critical applications and drive intelligent automation across our Azure ecosystem. You will build AI-powered solutions using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, and Azure Machine Learning, and create secure integrations with Symitar core systems and other platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of application development experience.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience developing or supporting solutions within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
• Experience with C#, .NET/.NET Core, Python, REST APIs, Postman, Git-based source control, CI/CD implementation, secure coding practices, SDLC and DevSecOps methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and support cloud-native applications within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
• Build AI-powered solutions using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, Azure Machine Learning, and approved LLM technologies.
• Create secure integrations between Azure applications, Symitar core systems, and enterprise platforms through APIs and modern integration technologies.
• Drive intelligent automation initiatives that improve efficiency, user experiences, and operational effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation using Azure DevOps.
• Partner with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Scrum teams, and technical teams to transform business needs into impactful solutions.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities for innovation, modernization, and process improvement.
• Ensure applications are secure, scalable, compliant, and optimized for performance in a regulated financial services environment.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, release planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay current on the latest Azure, AI, Copilot, and cloud development technologies.
