Job summary

Orange County's Federal Credit Union is seeking a Senior Automation Developer to design and build modern automations across platforms, connecting on-prem systems with cloud services and embedding AI capabilities.

This role owns the automation lifecycle from discovery to support, collaborating with security, data teams, and stakeholders to define standards for reliability and observability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in automation / integration development (RPA, low-code, or iPaaS).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with multiple automation tools/platforms (RPA, low-code, iPaaS).
• Experience building cloud-native integrations using cloud functions and REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Designs and builds end-to-end workflows across multiple platforms.
• Develops cloud-based automations using AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, GCP Cloud Functions.
• Integrates AI/LLM services into workflows to improve accuracy and speed.
• Maintains standards for security, observability, and reliability.
