Job summary

Truliant Federal Credit Union is seeking an AI & Process Automation Developer to design, build, test, and deploy enterprise automation and AI solutions. The role blends hands-on programming with business collaboration to reduce manual work and improve processes.

You will work with developers, architects, and business partners to deliver secure, scalable, and maintainable automation across environments, while embracing AI-enabled transformations within the credit union’s technology stack.

Qualifications

• Hands-on developer with AI and automation focus.
• Experience with RPA, workflow automation, or intelligent document processing.
• Proficient in REST, SQL, JSON, XML and system integration concepts.
• Proficient in Python, Java, React JavaScript, Node.js, or similar languages.
• Demonstrated experience with source control and CI/CD processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, deploy, and support enterprise automation and AI solutions.
• Create reusable automation workflows and conversational AI capabilities.
• Integrate solutions with enterprise apps via APIs, databases and connectors.
• Test, document, deploy, and troubleshoot across environments.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
