Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electrical Engineering, IT, CS or related discipline.
• Experience with PLCs, HMI/SCADA in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems, including drives and power distribution.
• Able to analyse faults, identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Familiarity with Allen-Bradley systems (ControlLogix, RSLogix 5000) and industrial networks is advantageous.
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support operation of automation control systems to maintain safe, reliable production.
• Troubleshoot control system and equipment issues with production and maintenance teams.
• Perform maintenance on automated electrical equipment including PLCs, HMIs, drives and servo systems.
• Update control systems documentation and support program modifications to improve performance.
• Work with external vendors to diagnose and resolve complex automation issues.
• Train colleagues on troubleshooting techniques and safe maintenance practices.
