Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Wisconsin seeks a Retail Sales and Service Technician (SST). This hybrid role combines customer service with basic vehicle services and sales, designed as a pipeline for future growth within Firestone Complete Auto Care.

You will assess customer needs, recommend products and services, perform entry-level vehicle tasks, and ensure customer satisfaction through timely completion, with a pay range of $16.80–$25.10 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid automobile driver's license is required.
• Customer service and career growth mindset are expected.
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
• Ability to learn and operate store systems.

Responsibilities

• Customer service, sales, customer issue resolution - 75% of time.
• Basic vehicle service tasks, oil, tires, fluids - 25% of time.
• Store operations, opening/closing, inventory, displays, as needed.
