Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations in Cedar Rapids is seeking a Retail Sales and Service Technician (SST) to blend customer service with entry‑level vehicle tasks. You will assess needs, recommend products or services, and complete basic vehicle work while learning store operations and supporting a positive customer experience.

Pay ranges from $15.20 to $22.71 per hour, with day‑one benefits, on‑the‑job training, ASE certifications, and opportunities for growth within Firestone Complete Auto Care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid automobile driver's license.
• Customer service and career growth mindset.
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
• Ability to learn and operate store systems.

Responsibilities

• Hybrid role with customer service, sales and issue resolution (75%).
• Basic vehicle service tasks including oil, tires and fluids (25%).
• Store operations duties: opening/closing, inventory, displays, as needed.
