Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school
• Admission to NY State Bar
• 4+ years of civil litigation experience defending Automobile and Premises Liability in NY

Responsibilities

• Take and defend depositions.
• Prepare and file dispositive motions.
• Handle ADR proceedings including arbitrations and mediations.
• Prepare comprehensive status reports for insurers.
• Manage cases from inception through resolution; draft pleadings, motions, and discovery; coordinate with clients and experts.
