Ford Credit in Colorado Springs is seeking Commercial Loan Officers to analyze and decide automotive loan applications for Ford dealers and Lincoln retailers across the contiguous United States. You will handle calls, collaborate with dealers, and ensure consistent credit decisioning while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Business Administration or related business degree.
• Basic understanding of consumer and/or commercial credit, financial analysis, sales, collections, caring for customers, and relationship management.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Analyze and decision automotive loan applications submitted to Ford Credit.
• Understand financing plans, programs, and requirements; adhere to policy and procedure.
• Assess applications for investigation needs, including fraud or misrepresentation.
• Promote Ford Credit products and services; maintain standard decisioning based on credit indicators.
• Maintain dealer and customer satisfaction; support Dealer Satisfaction and NPS initiatives.
• Be flexible to work during busy periods, including holidays and sales events.
