Job summary

Food Management Search, Inc. seeks an experienced Senior Auditor to lead audits, reviews, and compilations for CPA firm clients.

You will plan engagements, supervise staff, and ensure GAAP/GAAS compliance while maintaining strong client relationships in a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in public accounting, a solid knowledge of GAAP/GAAS, and proficiency with audit software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required (Master’s preferred).
• CPA license preferred.
• 3–5+ years of recent audit experience in public accounting.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and GAAS.
• Proficiency with audit software and MS Office.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute audit/review/compilation engagements from start to finish.
• Mentor junior staff, providing clear guidance and feedback.
• Review workpapers and financial statements for GAAP/GAAS compliance.
• Maintain strong client relationships and timely delivery.
• Identify audit issues and recommend improvements.
• Ensure projects meet deadlines and budgets.
• Stay current on industry developments and regulations.
