Responsibilities

• Administer the company expense policy and audit reimbursement claims
• Settle expense reports fast enough that nobody chases you twice
• Forecast tax payments precisely enough to avoid an underpayment penalty
• Stand up the Excel close calendar and hold every owner to it
• Sit beside the Rock Hill controller on accruals, deferrals, and journal entries
• Own the Journal Entries-to-Month-End Close handoff so reporting never stalls between teams
