Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 2+ years of accounting/finance experience.
• Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate intercompany transactions with accuracy and compliance.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and close.
• Lead month-end close activities including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Manage balance sheet items: cash, AR, AP, fixed assets; resolve reconciling items.
• Support capital expenditure reporting and depreciation forecasting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen internal controls within an ERP environment.
• Provide financial analysis and ad hoc reporting as needed.
