Job summary

Placements24 seeks an Athletic Performance Coach to design individualized training programs and monitor athletes across disciplines. The role combines hands-on coaching at our facilities with remote consultation and program monitoring to unlock peak performance.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Exercise Science or Kinesiology, CSCS/NSCA certification, and 4+ years of coaching experience with competitive athletes. Hybrid work and ongoing education are supported.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field required.
Certification from CSCS/NSCA or equivalent preferred.
Minimum 4 years as athletic performance coach with competitive athletes.
Proficient with performance analysis software and equipment.
Solid knowledge of biomechanics and physiology.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver personalized athletic training programs focused on strength, speed, agility, and endurance.
Conduct athlete assessments and monitor progress using performance tracking tech.
Educate athletes on nutrition, recovery, and injury prevention strategies.
Collaborate with coaches and medical staff for holistic development.
Maintain records of performance data and training logs.
Stay current with research in sports science and conditioning.
