Job summary

Athletico is seeking a Performance Coach to promote all Performance brand features through training, communication, and customer service, including safety, intensity, variation, and sport-specific programming. This part-time role centers on delivering expert coaching in a supportive, motivating environment.

You will design and implement strength, speed, agility, and conditioning programs for athletes and fitness enthusiasts, lead camps and community events, and conduct performance assessments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in exercise science or related field preferred.
• NCCA accredited certification (CSCS/ACSM NASM ACE CPT) preferred.
• Knowledge of sports performance training, speed development, movement mechanics, assessment, evaluation, and injury prevention.
• Commitment to ongoing education and growth in performance training.

Responsibilities

• Provide strength, speed, agility, and conditioning programs for athletes and fitness enthusiasts.
• Implement new training methods, programs, and protocols.
• Develop and run camps, clinics, and off-site training services.
• Conduct performance assessments and evaluations.
