Job summary

Athletico Physical Therapy is seeking a Performance Coach to promote our Performance brand through training, programming, and client service. You will design strength, speed, agility, and conditioning programs for athletes and fitness enthusiasts, and you will deliver camps, clinics, and off-site training.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in exercise science and hold a recognized certification in strength & conditioning; NSCA-CSCS preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in exercise science or related field (Preferred).
• NCCA accreditation in personal training or strength & conditioning (Preferred).
• Experience in sports performance training and injury prevention.

Responsibilities

• Provides strength, speed, agility, and conditioning programs to athletes and fitness enthusiasts.
• Implements new training methods, programs, and protocols.
• Develops and executes camps, clinics, and off-site training.
• Executes performance assessments and evaluations.
• Assists in development of adult fitness and boot camp programs.
• Tracks workouts and client interactions in Mind Body Online.
