Job summary

BSN SPORTS, A Varsity Brands Company, is seeking a Field Sales Professional to drive full-cycle territory sales in Marietta, OH. You will engage schools and youth programs, build a strong pipeline, and manage accounts with a focus on multi-sport growth.

This hybrid role requires 2–5 days of local travel and occasional evenings/weekends. You will leverage CRM insights and relationships to deliver best-in-class service while upholding our values.

Qualifications

• Self-directed and autonomous in managing tasks and responsibilities.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clients and teammates.
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient with CRM and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative customer service to coaches in assigned territory.
• Generate revenue and meet sales targets.
• Develop and qualify leads through cold-calling and campaigns.
• Handle rejection with resilience and persistence.
• Navigate CRM for prospecting, account management, and activity tracking.
• Increase sales across all sports and levels within accounts.
• Use data insights to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage accounts and travel within the territory as needed.
