Qualifications

• Pursuing an accounting degree (UG/grad) with CPA licensure requirements met.
• Minimum GPA 3.0 with plan to pass the CPA exam.
• Excellent English communication skills and willingness to work in a 40–60% in-person hybrid model.
• Ability to travel and work extra hours; driver’s license recommended.

Responsibilities

• Analytical Review: identify audit issues or unusual relationships in financial statements through detailed analytical trend analysis.
• Client Engagement: demonstrate professionalism while working in clients’ environments and providing exceptional service.
• Regulatory Adherence: operate effectively within a regulated environment, focusing on protecting capital markets.
• Relationship Development: develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure definitive auditing services.
• Insight Communication: share value-added insights discovered through data analysis with clients.
