You will work on identifying audit issues, building client relationships, and analyzing data to deliver insights while gaining exposure to a hybrid work model and world-class learning resources at EY.

Qualifications

• Predicted undergraduate or graduate degree in Accounting with strong academics.
• Minimum GPA 3.0 (4.0 scale), preferably 3.2 or higher.
• Meet educational requirements for CPA licensure and have a plan to pass the CPA exam.
• Excellent English language communication skills.
• Interest in a hybrid model with in-person work 40–60% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential audit issues or unusual relationships in financial statements with detailed analytical trend analysis.
• Demonstrate professionalism while working in clients’ environments and providing exceptional service.
• Operate effectively in a regulated environment, with focus on protecting capital markets and the investing public.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to provide definitive auditing services relied upon by markets.
• Share value-added insights discovered through data analysis with clients.
