New U Therapy Center & Family Services is a well-established multidisciplinary mental health practice offering psychiatric services, individual and family therapy, and functional psychiatry. We seek an Associate Therapist to provide psychotherapy while collaborating with a diverse team.

The role includes a supportive supervision structure, flexible hybrid work, competitive hourly rates, and opportunities for professional growth within a thriving private practice.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology or counseling.
• ACSW/AMFT/APCC credentials.
• Completion of at least 1,000 post-graduate clinical hours toward licensure.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Desire to grow within a group private practice.

Responsibilities

• Typically handle 30 sessions per week with a minimum caseload of 25.
• Help clients set goals and work toward measurable outcomes.
• Track progress and serve as an accountability partner.
• Complete clinical documentation in a timely, compliant manner.
• Collaborate actively as a member of the clinical team.
