Job summary

New U Therapy Center & Family Services, Inc. in Westlake Village is seeking an Associate Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary private practice. You will gain diverse clinical experience and collaborate across a supportive team.

You will work with children, teens, adults and couples, with flexible hybrid schedules offering remote and in‑person therapy, supervision from our Clinical Director, and opportunities for professional growth within the practice.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field.
• Completion of at least 1,000 post‑graduate clinical hours toward licensure.
• ACSW, AMFT, APCC credentials.

Responsibilities

• Typically assigned 30 patient sessions per week with a minimum caseload of 25 sessions per week.
• Help clients set meaningful goals and work toward measurable outcomes.
• Diligently track clients’ progress and serve as an accountability partner.
• Complete clinical documentation in a timely and legally compliant manner.
• Actively participate as a positive and collaborative member of the clinical team.

Rates:
