Job summary

Kendo Holdings, Inc. is a San Francisco-based beauty brand developer seeking an Associate Program Manager, Packaging to lead the creative development of packaging artwork for two Kendo brands, including Lip Lab.

You will ensure on-time delivery from concept through final execution while collaborating with design, regulatory, and production teams. This is a hybrid role in downtown San Francisco with Tue–Thu in-office and Mon/Fri remote.

Qualifications

• BA degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2+ years of project management experience in retail or agency.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Asana, Workfront Proof SmartSheets.
• Retail or beauty experience preferred.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage packaging artwork delivery and timelines for two Kendo brands.
• Support bi-weekly status meetings and drive next steps.
• Track timelines in Asana and ensure deadlines are met.
• Coordinate dielines, ingredient lists, copy, translations, UPCs, and fill weight.
• Collaborate with Regulatory & Compliance for EU artwork approval.
• Communicate projects to Production Artists and set priorities.
• Attend weekly Product Development and Operations meetings.
• Track comp requests for photo shoots and Market Week.
