Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred) or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of AEC experience with demonstrated capability in Security/Physical/Electronic Security.
• P.E. license heavily favored.
• Ability to lead discipline portions of mid- to large-size projects; coordinate and guide staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead small- to mid-scale, multi-discipline projects with growing independence focusing on security designs.
• Mentor Designers and Associates through hands-on guidance and reviews.
• Document client-specific nuances and improve internal standards and workflows; develop technical narratives.
• Develop credibility through thought-leadership activities such as white papers, blogs, and presentations.
