Responsibilities

• Draft, analyze, and edit contracts across corporate, employment, fundraising, and partner agreements.
• Advise HR on labor and employment matters.
• Represent the Association in legal matters and coordinate with outside counsel.
• Oversee information security, healthcare compliance, and board support.
