Job summary

Merck & Co. in the United States is seeking an Associate Director, Patient Support Digital & Data Strategy for US Marketing Immunology. Hybrid role based in Upper Gwynedd, PA with on-site presence three days a week.

You will shape PSP data strategy, lead CRM decisions, and drive data enablement across key customer groups. You will translate PSP strategy into data requirements, develop dashboards, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure launch readiness and scalable patient support

Qualifications

• 7+ years in pharma/biotech or healthcare data strategy, CRM, or patient support.
• Experience translating PSP strategy into data, measurement, and ecosystem requirements.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Shape end-to-end data strategy and ecosystem mapping for PSP solutions.
• Drive CX data enablement across key customer groups and CRM decisions.
• Lead HCP portal and digital enrollment strategy; design UX and functionality.
• Ensure alignment with Hub, FRM, SP, ISP, and Nursing processes; define business rules.
• Support launch readiness, testing, and operational readiness for PSP programs.
• Develop PSP program measurement framework and dashboards.
• Collaborate with digital, analytics, operations, and vendor teams.
