This NYC hybrid role requires three days in the office. You’ll own production data pipelines, models, and data contracts, shape roadmaps with cross-functional partners, and advance AI-enabled analytics across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading data teams with end-to-end ownership.
• Experience coaching engineers and managing cross-functional partners.
• Strong in SQL, Python, data modeling, testing, and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the data and analytics engineering team.
• Oversee domain pipelines, data models, quality, and SLAs.
• Set roadmaps with cross-functional partners and Jira milestones.
• Improve AI-enabled analytics and eventing strategies.
• Triage data quality incidents and own the data health.
