Sobi in North America is seeking an Associate Director, Commercial Insights & Analytics (Immunology) to partner with Immunology leadership, translate market research and analytics into strategic recommendations, and shape brand strategy and resource decisions. This role leads market research and builds performance narratives for leadership, aligning data strategy with commercial priorities.

The position is hybrid with occasional travel, preferred to be based in the Boston area or Waltham, MA,

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech commercial insights, market research, analytics, strategy, or consulting.
• Proven experience leading primary market research (qualitative and quantitative) from question definition to recommendations.
• Experience triangulating primary research, secondary analytics, competitive intelligence, and stakeholder input.
• 2+ years working with pharmaceutical commercial datasets (claims, DDD, 867/852); familiarity with CRM, market access, and syndicated data is valued.
• Proficiency with SQL and/or Python; experience with Tableau or BI tools.

Responsabilidades

• Frame critical business questions and translate evidence into strategic choices and implications.
• Independently scope and lead primary market research, including ATUs and segmentation studies.
• Build partnerships across Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Finance, Medical, and Data teams.
• Synthesize evidence into market and performance narratives for leadership.
• Define and evolve KPI frameworks linking commercial activity to objectives.
• Produce regular reports and executive summaries communicating findings and recommendations.
• Monitor competitive landscape and incorporate intelligence into planning.
• Shape data strategy and reporting capabilities with Commercial Data Management.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to test hypotheses and address urgent questions.
• Review segmentation to align with market strategy and field activity.
