BTV Marketing Group is seeking an Associate Director, Client Partner Service and Project Management to coordinate day-to-day strategic direction and deliverables for client partners and internal teams.

You will liaison between the VP Client Partner Service, Client Partner Contacts, and the BTV Delivery team to execute campaigns, manage budgets, and drive successful outcomes in a hybrid Las Vegas-based role.

Competenze

• 2+ years of marketing account or project management experience.
• 3+ years of marketing experience.
• Experience with project management and agency communication tools (Asana, Slack, video conferencing tools).
• Ability to translate client partner reporting into actionable feedback.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex accounts and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Mansioni

• Host internal calls to review project statuses across teams.
• Lead client partner-facing meetings to review project status and elevate issues.
• Ensure timely kickoff materials and access needs are met.
• Maintain organized files and documentation across Google Drive.
• Coordinate time tracking and budget adherence with VP.
