Job summary

INDRA AIR TRAFFIC seeks an Associate Corporate Counsel to support U.S. operations across corporate, commercial, government contracting, and regulatory matters. The role collaborates with Finance, HR, Commercial, Operations, Compliance, and Project Management to provide practical, business-focused legal guidance.

The ideal candidate has a J.D. with 3+ years in government contracts or trade controls, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited U.S. law school.
• Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction in good standing (Virginia or D.C. preferred).
• Minimum of three years in government contracts, corporate, or commercial law with a government-focused practice.
• Working knowledge of FAR/DFARS and related government contracting regulations.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Support review, negotiation, and administration of U.S. government contracts, task orders, and amendments under FAR/DFARS.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage NDAs, subcontracts, and procurement documents; assist with proposals and bid compliance.
