Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Economics, or related field.
• 4–7 years in Category Management, Shopper & Consumer Insights, Sales Analytics, or related CPG function.
• Experience supporting Grocery, Mass, Club, or related retail channels is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide actionable category insights to support commercial decision-making.
• Develop customer-specific category reviews, shelf analyses, and pricing evaluations.
• Partner with Sales to craft data-driven selling stories for customers.
• Maintain monthly scorecards and performance reports for reviews.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Revenue Management, Supply Chain, and Sales on initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional projects and ensure timely, within-scope delivery.
