Job summary

Church & Dwight is seeking an Associate Brand Manager / Sr. Associate Brand Manager to lead projects for TheraBreath and Gravol within the Personal Care SBU. The role supports annual organic growth targets through integrated marketing plans and cross-functional collaboration.

The position is hybrid, based in Ewing, NJ, requiring in-person attendance Tue-Thu with remote work on Mon and Fri. 1+ year in Marketing (CPG/OTC/Cosmetics) and strong analytical, forecasting, and communication skills are

Qualifications

• BA/BS required; MBA strongly preferred.
• 1+ years in Marketing (CPG, OTC, Cosmetics).
• Excellent analytical skills and experience with category analysis and forecasting.
• Familiarity with common consumer marketing research tools and techniques such as Nielsen or IRI data.
• Strong project management skills and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal).

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing the brand's integrated marketing plan.
• Support briefing with external agencies and oversee brand activity execution.
• Lead day-to-day brand operations including forecasting and financial plans.
• Manage retail activations, shelf presence, and in-store displays; assist shopper marketing.
• Develop market understanding including category segments and channels.
• Lead tracking, competitive analysis, inventory-related changes, displays, promotions, and inter-channel initiatives; coordinate with Consumer Services.
