Law Firms is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its growing team in a specialized community association practice. The ideal candidate has 1+ year of collections or assessment recovery experience and will handle delinquent assessments, money judgments, liens, and related recovery actions.

Formación

• 1+ years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience handling collections, creditors' rights, or assessment recovery matters.
• Active Bar admission in the applicable state.
• Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a caseload involving collections and assessment recovery matters such as delinquent assessments, money judgments, liens, and related actions.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, correspondence, and other litigation documents.
• Handle matters involving foreclosure, bankruptcy, and related real estate issues as needed.
• Communicate with clients and provide updates regarding case status, strategy, and resolution.
• Work independently while collaborating with attorneys, paralegals, and other legal professionals.
• Maintain strong organization and meet deadlines across a high-volume caseload.
