The Bachrach Group in Maryland is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its creditors’ rights and collections practice. This opportunity offers a long-term home, early responsibility, and a flexible hybrid schedule within a growing team.

This role requires MD licensure and experience with banks, community associations, or FDCPA. You will handle client interaction, court appearances, and end-to-end matters from intake to resolution.

Qualificações

• Must be licensed in Maryland.
• Experience with banks, community associations, collections, bankruptcy, creditors rights, or FDCPA.

Responsabilidades

• Review client records and governing documents; draft legal analyses and recommendations.
• Appear regularly in district and enforcement courts across multiple jurisdictions; assist with enforcement and compliance matters.
• Maintain communication with clients and property management companies; attend on-site meetings as needed.
