Represent community associations and related entities in matters involving assessment recovery, money judgments, bankruptcy proceedings, judgment execution, foreclosure actions, and other real property‑related issues. The ideal candidate enjoys client contact, public speaking, and managing a diverse caseload.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law in Tennessee.
• 2–5 years of litigation experience in HOA Collections and Recovery.
