Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• 5+ years in construction, telecommunications, industrial, or related field environments preferred.
• Prior experience in project coordination or field leadership preferred.
• Ability to travel as needed for project support.

Responsibilities

• Represent NCS with professionalism, integrity, accountability, and strong customer service.
• Assist in scheduling field personnel and resources to meet project timelines and customer requirements.
• Monitor and adjust project schedules based on changing operational needs.
• Support material planning and prepare material requisitions based on project requirements and bill of materials.
• Coordinate project tasks with material availability to maintain schedule alignment.
• Monitor inventory levels to support project execution.
• Assist with project documentation, including as-built drawings and closeout packages.
• Coordinate project closeout documentation and customer sign-offs with project administration.
• Evaluate site readiness and support pre-installation planning activities.
• Coordinate site access, badging, and personnel readiness requirements.
• Ensure required testing equipment and specialized tools are available to support project schedules.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure work meets NCS and customer expectations.
• Perform fieldwork and assist with project execution as needed.
• Support onboarding, coaching, and on-the-job training (OJT) for field personnel and new hires.
• Provide daily project updates and communicate progress, risks, and concerns.
• Attend customer meetings, site walks, and coordination meetings as required.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
