Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, industrial, telecommunications, or related blue-collar field.
• 2+ years of experience with NCS preferred.
• Construction or project coordination experience preferred.
• Ability to learn and use new software and field technologies.

Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling field personnel and resources to meet project requirements.
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Prepare material requisitions based on Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Coordinate site access, badging, and required personnel documentation.
• Provide daily project status updates and attend site meetings as requested.
