Qualifications

• Minimum of 6–10 years relevant experience as an attorney.
• Experience in government agency, law firm or in-house legal department.
• Working knowledge of financial industry legal/regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal and regulatory advice for Nodal's exchange and clearing house.
• Engage with business to address regulatory or commercial needs.
• Draft, review, and maintain company policies and contracts.

Skills

Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school

Excellent organizational skills

Well-developed written and verbal communication skills

Attention to detail

Ability to work independently and cooperatively

Education

Admitted to the Virginia Bar
