Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is hiring an Assistant Controller to lead the monthly close, GAAP reporting, and budget processes for a large real estate portfolio. The role reports to the Senior Finance Manager and partners with client leadership for accuracy and strategic insight.

Hybrid work is available from Seattle, WA; San Jose, CA; San Francisco, CA; Los Angeles, CA; New York, NY; or Arlington, VA. CPA preferred and 5–10 years of related experience required.

Qualifications

• BS in Accounting with 5–10 years of accounting experience.
• CPA preferred; supervisory experience a plus.
• Experience with real estate accounting and GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly close and GAAP reporting for a large real estate portfolio.
• Oversee budget cycles and reforecast processes.
• Supervise cash management and AP to ensure policy compliance.
• Coordinate with property teams and client leadership on accounting requirements.
