TalentSource360 LLC is seeking an Assistant Controller to lead general ledger accounting and monthly close across multiple entities in a growing multi-location retail chain.

The role is hybrid and reports to the Controller, requiring hands-on management of the close calendar, intercompany activities, and internal controls to deliver timely, accurate financials for ownership and lenders.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory role.
• Experience with multi-site or multi-entity accounting and consolidations.

Aufgaben

• Own the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close for each legal entity and manage the close calendar.
• Oversee the general ledger including journal entries, accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, and depreciation.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and perform intercompany eliminations and roll-ups.
