Job summary

Randstad USA seeks an experienced Assistant Controller to own the day-to-day accounting function across a growing, multi-entity and multi-location organization. This leadership role will drive the close, maintain strong financial controls, and develop the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting across US and Canadian operations.

Qualifications

• Extensive accounting leadership experience in a multi-entity environment.
• Strong technical accounting judgment and GAAP knowledge.
• Experience with US/Canada entity consolidation and multi-state/province tax handling.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end monthly, quarterly, and year-end close for US and Canadian entities.
• Lead and develop the accounting team; set performance standards.
• Oversee revenue recognition, inventory, fixed assets, leases, intercompany transactions; ensure GAAP-compliant reporting.
