Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field required.
• CPA license highly preferred/required depending on experience.
• 10+ years accounting leadership experience in large law firm, professional services, or public accounting serving law firm clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full accounting function including general ledger, close, and financial reporting.
• Oversee banking, treasury, and cash forecasting activities.
• Manage international office accounting and global processes alignment.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing accounting team across locations.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows through automation and technology.
• Handle client trust accounting compliance and issue resolution.
• Lead ERP configurations and financial systems initiatives.
• Partner with Finance, IT, and Operations on strategic initiatives.
• Leverage AI tools to improve accounting efficiency and accuracy.
