JetFuel in Austin/New York seeks an Art Director to lead experiential marketing concepts through production. You will craft bold visuals, push breakthrough thinking, and collaborate with clients, producers, and service leads to deliver outstanding work.

Ideally 3–7 years of art direction experience, with a passion for innovative experiences and a strong visual craft across campaigns and live events. The role is hybrid with onsite presence required.

Qualifications

• Design skills with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to concept and pitch big ideas.
• Strong presentation design for decks and proposals.
• Experience across multiple formats and mediums.
• Understanding of retail-forward activation.

Responsabilités

• Execute the creative process from concept to completion with teams.
• Translate marketing objectives into big ideas.
• Communicate ideas clearly to be Buyable and exciting.
• Ensure visual communications and brand standards are met.
• Develop pitch decks, proposals, and reports independently or with a team.
• Support design needs across graphic and production tasks.
• Lead brand storytelling with relevant tactics for execution.
