Choice Hotels International, Inc. seeks an Architecture & Design Operations Coordinator to support the Architecture team and Design org.

You will coordinate project intake, maintain tracking tools, and manage on-site Design Lab operations for product evaluations and prototypes. The role partners with Development, Facilities, Owners, franchisees, vendors, and design consultants to ensure timely project execution while identifying roadblocks and driving process improvements aligned with strategic

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, operations, architecture and design, construction, or a related field.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate architectural project intake and allocation to Architecture team members, track progress and timelines.
• Manage on-site Design Lab operations, prototypes, product testing, and vendor coordination.
• Support department leadership with planning, milestone tracking, reporting, and NDA/documentation management.
