  • Maintain Design Lab inventory, equipment, storage areas, samples, and supporting documentation so resources remain current, accessible, and operational.

  • Schedule and coordinate vendor visits, material evaluations, stakeholder meetings, executive tours, and other on-site events to support an organized and productive experience for internal and external partners.

Department Operations and Strategic Initiative Coordination
  • Support department leadership in planning, prioritizing, and executing strategic initiatives through project plans, action trackers, executive status reports, milestone tracking, and other visibility tools.

  • Coordinate cross-functional deliverables, monitor progress, identify potential roadblocks, and elevate issues as appropriate to help keep initiatives on schedule.

  • Contribute to continuous-improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to strengthen departmental workflows, operational processes, reporting, and design documentation.
