The candidate will lead specification development, review procurement requirements, and support sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 10 years of architectural practice with 3+ years in specification writing.
• Ability to review drawings and translate design intent into detailed specs.
• Familiarity with Division 01 General Requirements and contract documentation.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit project specifications aligned with project requirements and codes.
• Coordinate with design teams to ensure consistency across documents.
• Review procurement, contracting requirements, and owner-provided forms for alignment with firm standards.
• Support LEED or other sustainability certification guidance in material selection.
