Job summary

W3Global in Cranbury, NJ is seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager / Revit Designer to join our Cranbury team for involvement on various sizes and types of projects. The role includes managing 1-3 direct reports and coordinating Revit documentation from concept through construction administration.

The ideal candidate brings 6+ years of experience, strong Revit and AutoCAD proficiency, and solid knowledge of building codes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in producing & coordinating construction documents for the planning, detailing and construction administration of projects.
• Confident knowledge of U.S. construction techniques, standards, and design details.
• An understanding in application of building codes and their limitations, with some supervision.
• Extremely proficient understanding of Revit and AutoCAD to independently produce, review and administer construction drawings; BIM360 experience is a plus.
• Self-motivated problem solver, with the ability to work autonomously as well as with others.
• Excellent listener, with great visual, oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Management of 1-3 direct reports
• Management and some production of Revit Documentation, coordination and review of new construction and renovation projects of multiple typologies, from concept design and coordination, to construction administration and project management
• Independently produce and review drawings and designs to ensure adherence to codes, specifications, and standards
• Effectively communicate between KSD members, outside consultants, and contractors to manage project delivery
